- For a 100% refund, the cancellation for the bill must be done not less than 72 hours before the collection time set when ordering the cake.
- Customers are required to check the cake when collecting or receiving to ensure the condition is ok.
- If the cake is physically damaged after the customer has checked the condition of the cake, they are not entitled for a refund.
- Customers are not entitled for a refund if the cake is still in good condition when leaving our outlets.
- A refund is only applicable when cases of unpredictable changes of plans that cannot be controlled happen.
- Changes to the refund policy will be made regularly so customers are encouraged to refer to it every so often.
- Family Confectionery Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to make changes to this refund policy without prior notice.
